Rosemary & Cracked Pepper Roasted Chicken

Cook Time: 35 Minutes
Serves: 2-4

Rosemary Chicken


3 cloves minced garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Fresh cracked pepper

Kosher salt
2-3 sprigs fresh chopped rosemary
(you may use more for garnish)
2-4 chicken breasts


  1. Whisk garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and rosemary in a bowl
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then marinate for at least three hours in oil mixture, covered
  3. Preheat your Monogram French Door Oven to 450° F
  4. Place chicken on a glass baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
  5. Plate chicken and garnish with fresh rosemary
